Died: April 12, 1945
While he was not inaugurated on January 20th, as the majority of most presidents, he began his 1st term on March 3, 1933. His 4th term started January 20, 1945 and sadly ended on April 12, 1945. His policies for oil mostly focused on stabilizing the industry and eventually using it to fuel war time efforts.
